Department of Business Management
Corporations are made up of various mutually reliant relationships with society via their economic activities. Amidst the socio-economic changes that have accompanied the recent rapid move toward intensified use of information and internationalization, there is a definite need to take a new look at the way corporations and business management exist, and then, probe into any new developments on the horizon. The Department of Business Management consists of three major courses for education and research to create a system to meet the demands of the times: Business Administration, Business Environment, and Business Information.
Based on education and research via new concepts and methods that break the mold, the department aims at developing its students into the following types of mentally flexible and highly motivated individuals:
(1) Individuals who are able to contemplate proper actions and engage in various forms of exchange and communication as they push forward with corporate management in each and every new age.
(2) Individuals with a new management philosophy able to flexibly and creatively adapt to environmental changes.
