Center for Joint Research and Development

The Center for Joint Research and Development was established in April 1999 as an institution for promoting ties and cooperation with companies and universities in the region, to undertake commissioned research and joint research with privately run institutions and local public authorities. Construction of a three-story steel-framed concrete Center Tower building was completed in January 2001.

  • Conducting academic survey research related to regional society
