Shigeaki Kuzuoka received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2002, 2004, and 2007, respectively.

He was an assistant professor from 2007 to 2009, a lecturer from 2009 to 2015, and has been an associate professor since 2015 in the Faculty of Systems Engineering at Wakayama University.
