If you are a student at a partner university of WU and wish to study at WU, please contact the international office of your university.
Application Process
- Complete and submit the applications to us through the international office of your university.
- A certificate of admission (for university acceptance) and a Certificate of Eligibility (for Japanese visa) will be sent to via your university’s international office.
- Apply for a Japanese visa at your nearest Embassy of Japan in your country (the Certificate of Eligibility is required for visa application).
- Inform us of your flight schedule when you receive your flight ticket, no later than two weeks before your arrival date.
