[Conference presentation] Keynote at the International Tourism Research Conference 2018

The 4th International Tourism Research Conference (ITRC) themed as ‘Integration of Global Value Chains for Sustainable Tourism Development: Inclusiveness, Coopetition and Innovation’ was held on 4th October, 2018 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Prof. Kumi Kato and Dr. Tsuyosi Kigawa attended from Center for Tourism Research, Wakayama University.

Six technical sessions had a keynote followed by two research presentations and a panel discussion. Prof. Kato gave a keynote speech at Technical Session 3: Fair Trade and Inclusive Sustainable Tourism Development, and Dr. Kigawa provided comments as a panel at Technical Session 2: Responsible Consumption and Destination Marketing. The last session was designed for research students to present their papers and Dr. Kigawa contributed to the discussion as a panelist. p>
