[Conference presentation] ICTMH 2025

The 6th International Conference on Tourism Management and Hospitality (ICTMH 2025) was held between 14th and 16th August in Paris, France. From Wakayama University, CTR Researcher, Dr. Ryutaro Yamakita, presented his research.

Dr. Yamakita gave an oral presentation on his research, which critically reflect on the conceptual and theoretical discussions in the event management literature on the survivability of recurring events (e.g. marathons and fireworks festivals) and offered prospects for future research aimed at better explaining the phenomenon of why events are discontinued or sustained.
